Prayer Shawl Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a unique way to reach out with love and care to others who are hurting, to comfort those in need of healing, to console those who are grieving, to bring hope to those in despair or in transition, to thank someone in a special way, to remind someone that they are not alone, to celebrate a significant milestone, or to provide for someone in need of a special blessing. The handcrafted garments we create are knitted or crocheted shawls.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry will meet on Thursday, April 30th at 6:30 pm in the Parish Library. We gather together to knit or crochet, then give to those who need comfort in our community. Yarn will be provided.
